If you liked the Peruvian chaufa rice that we made on the channel a year ago, these chaufa noodles will fascinate you!
Hello everyone, today we are going to prepare some Chaufa Noodles that are very versatile due to the number of ingredients that can be changed.
1 bunch of chives
4-6 boneless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
These chicken chaufa noodles are super quick to make, but we need to have all the ingredients ready for the moment of sautéing.
Start by cooking your noodles in hot water following the instructions on the package. Then scramble two eggs and reserve.
Cut the green part of the chives very thin and the white part of the stem a little thicker and diagonally.
Cut the chicken into 2cm thick cubes and season with salt and pepper to taste, sesame oil and soy sauce. Add the white stems of chives to the chicken and voila. it's time to skip.
Place your Wok over high heat until hot, add a little vegetable or sunflower oil and add the chicken. Cook it until it is golden. Remove the excess oil from the wok and then cook the scrambled eggs, continuing to beat them as they cook. Once they are ready, add the golden chicken, sauté a little, add the cooked noodles, a little soy sauce, continue sautéing and mixing. Add some fine chives and serve.
This recipe is super simple, but it is super delicious.
