English Breakfast Burger

The English breakfast is undoubtedly one of the most complete I have ever had. It has a lot of ingredients and leaves you more than satisfied to face the day. Today we bring you the best of both worlds, hamburgers and the famous Full English Breakfast.

Hello everyone, today we bring you a wonder for breakfast that will leave you ecstatic.

Ingredients

240g minced beef (20% fat)

1 handful of ready-made French fries

3 generous tablespoons of butter

4 strips of bacon

1 can (200g) of beans in tomato sauce or baked beans

2 eggs

2 crispbreads

the sauces you want

Preparation

In a griddle or skillet, begin to make your bacon strips until they are crispy.

Meanwhile prepare the hash brown, take a handful of chips and add a generous tablespoon or two of butter. Then, with your hand, mix everything until the potatoes dissolve and a kind of dough forms. Form the hash browns forming medallions slightly larger than the bread. Add a tablespoon of butter to the fat left by the bacon and fry the Hash in that delicious fat. DO NOT turn your Hash until they are perfectly browned as they may crack and will not be as crispy as they should be.

While the Hash reach the perfect golden color, we will make 2 smashed burgers. Take 2 balls of minced meat of about 120g each, place them on the hot griddle and with the help of a piece of parchment paper and your spatula, flatten the meat balls until they are half a centimeter thick and add salt. Cook them until they are golden and then turn them.

Open a can of beans and heat in a skillet or in the microwave. Meanwhile, fry the eggs in a pan in the way you like best. For me that means that the yolks are liquid. Toast your bread in the same fat as the bacon, hash and meat.

Now all that remains is to assemble the burger, on the bottom bread place 2 strips of bacon, a generous tablespoon of beans, hash brown, meat, egg and close with the top bread.

Definitely a delight!!
