I KNOW! I could have done this in the oven like everyone does, but if they knew the delicious flavor that smoke brings to this dish .. They would never do it in the oven again !!
Hello everyone, today we will prepare some magnificent grilled macaroni.
4 Spanish chorizos to cook
2 thick strips of bacon
600g cooked macaroni
4 garlic cloves
350ml heavy cream
400ml of Bolognese sauce or tomato sauce for pasta
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
First, start by dicing very small all the vegetables.
Turn on the fire of your grill and mark the meat on both sides with sea salt over direct heat and then leave it over indirect heat for a few minutes to finish cooking inside. Chop all the meat including the sausages and reserve.
Now place a frying pan or paella pan on the grill with oil and fry the vegetables for 3 minutes or until the carrot is soft. Add a piece of butter and then all the meat, mix well and add a teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika (optional).
Add the pasta and mix everything very well. Add the tomato sauce and then the heavy cream. Taste and correct the flavor with salt and pepper. Finally add the cheese and place the lid of the grill so that the cheese melts.
THAT'S IT!! super simple but delicious like no other.
