Hawaiian Salad

This time we prepare this salad for Christmas, but you don't need a special occasion to make it. A barbecue with friends or a Sunday with the family are the perfect moments to savor this delicacy.

Hello everyone, today we will be preparing an exquisite salad that is the perfect accompaniment to any meal.


* The amount of each ingredient for this recipe is to taste, we love cheese and pineapple, so we don't skimp on those ingredients. You can alter the amounts to your liking. We made a recipe for 3 people.


120gr per person of cooked pasta type elbow, spiral or your favorite pasta

4 slices of ham *

80 gr of gouda cheese or your favorite cheese *

1/4 pineapple *

1 red bell pepper

1 bunch of parsley

Golf sauce

5 tablespoons of mayonnaise

3 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon mustard

juice of half an orange

1 splash of vodka

pepper to taste


Start by preparing the Golf sauce. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, the juice of half an orange and a splash of Vodka. Reserve in the fridge.

Next, cut the ham, cheese and pepper into small squares. Peel the pineapple very carefully, cut the pulp of the pineapple into squares, add the delicious sauce ,mix everything and add black pepper to taste.

Chop a little parsley to mix in the salad and a little more to top when serving.

Now is the time to enjoy. This salad is delicious and you will surprise your guests and family. If you want you can add a little crispy bacon on top to raise the level of this salad even more.
