Meat Pizza (KETO)

My friends, without further ado, one of the best things I have eaten .. Without a doubt a MUST in my next summer barbecue.

Hello everyone, today we will prepare some unbeatable meat pizzas .. special recipe for people doing KETO diets

Ingredients

1 whole pork shoulder boneless

4 ripe tomatoes

1 cup of mozzarella

1/4 of cup of parmesan flakes

3 slices of American cheese

some blue cheese

2 slices of ham

5 strips of bacon

black and green olives to taste

a teaspoon of oregano

Preparation

Start by cleaning your piece of pork, removing the skin and excess fat. Then open it by making a continuous butterfly cut, lengthening it as long as you can, avoiding opening holes. You can help yourself with a meat hammer to flatten it a little and leave it at the same level. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and store in the fridge for 1 hour.

Grate 3 ripe tomatoes and cook them with a little oil, salt, pepper and a splash of ketchup to make a tomato sauce. Cut the other tomato into thin slices and reserve. Cut the olives into small slices and the ham into strips.

In a very hot pan with a little oil, seal the meat on both sides until it is completely done (remember that you can also do this with beef).

Now we only have to put the toppings, we will make one of meats, in this the base will be slices of tomatoes, strips of bacon and ham, olives and we finish with grated mozzarella cheese.

For the other we will use the tomato sauce as a base, American cheese, mozarella cheese, parmesan and a few small pieces of blue cheese. Now put them in the oven at 200ºC to gratin for 2 or 4 minutes and voila .. removed from the oven, sprinkle with oregano and pepper to taste and ENJOY !!

As we always say:
