Milo's dessert

We know that this year has not been easy for many of us and that is why today we bring a delicious Milo dessert that is super easy to make, to sweeten the last days of 2020.

Hi everyone, today we are making my wife's favorite dessert, milo dessert. The best thing is that you don't need an oven !!

Ingredients

2 cans of condensed milk

2 cans of evaporated milk

2 large cans of heavy cream

4 tablespoons cornstarch

enough Maria cookies (rich tea biscuits)

Milo to taste

This recipe is intended for 8 people. So if you want to make more or less quantity, multiply or divide the ingredients and everything will be fine!

Preparation

We will start by dissolving the cornstarch in a little evaporated milk, mix everything very well until not a lump remains.

In a pot add all the condensed milk, heavy cream and evaporated milk, mix everything very well and put over medium low heat. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and stir constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pot. As the mixture heats up it will begin to thicken. Don't despair, take your time and you don't have to make very quick movements, but don't stop mixing.

When the mixture has the texture you want (I don't like to leave it too thick so it feels creamy when cold), remove it from the heat.

Now choose the mold you like the most and put a Maria cookie base covering as much as you can. Add a layer of mixture and then sprinkle some Milo on top. Repeat layers until you are done with the mixture and finish with Milo. Be careful with the milo, although it is delicious, if you put too much it could make your dessert extra sweet.

Now put it in the fridge and let it sit overnight, or at least 3 hours. Serve it and try not to repeat it, because it will be very little for all your guests.
