Ingredients

Preparation

We will start cooking perfectly the pasta, so boiled around 4 cups of water, and add salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil (or any oil that is at hand). Add on the pasta, put the lid and wait for 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and reserve it for later.

For the sauce, cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and put them in a preheated fry pan on medium-high heat, with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook them for 1 to 2 minutes and add the baby capers and tuna chunks (without the oil). Cook it for other 2 to 3 minutes. Join together the pasta and the sauce, leave it for 1 minute until everything is nice and hot. Meanwhile, season to perfection with sea salt and black pepper.
