The best breaded chicken breasts!!

These chicken breasts are super delicious and versatile, they can be hamburgers, main dish, starters, etc. They are simply spectacular.

Hello everyone, today we are preparing some spectacular and super easy chicken breast rolls.

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

8 slices of mozzarella cheese

1 Red Pepper cut into julienne

1 Red onion in julienne

1 cup of wheat flour with salt

4 scrambled eggs with a pinch of salt

1 Tray with enough Panko

White sauce

5 tablespoons of mayonnaise

2 tablespoons of yogurt

1 piece of blue cheese

1/2 teaspoon mustard

Dill to taste

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

salt to taste

Preparation

First open the breasts with a knife very carefully until they are very thin and wide.

Next, lay a long layer of cling film and on it place a layer of bacon slices one next to the other and overlapping them at the ends. Now place a layer of chicken breasts, trying to cover the entire surface without overlapping. Leave one of the edges without chicken to close the roll there.

Place a layer of mozzarella cheese, pepper and onion and now it only remains to roll up with the help of cling film. Start at the end that has all the layers and end with the side that has only bacon. Help yourself with the film to tighten the chicken roll as much as you can and then put it in the freezer for 4 hours or until it is compact enough to cut easily with a knife. It should not be frozen as this would make cutting difficult.

Meanwhile we will prepare an incredible white sauce with blue cheese. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, a little garlic powder, blue cheese to taste and a pinch of salt and reserve.

After 4 hours in the freezer, remove the roll and cut to a finger or two thick. Cut it over the plastic to keep it as compact as possible. You should have some lovely bacon covered chicken spirals.

Now comes the fun part, remove very well all the plastic wrap that covers each chicken slice, pass it through wheat flour, then cover it with egg, cover it with panko and finally fry it in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.

Now to enjoy, to accompany we cut some cherry tomatoes from our garden, potato chips and white sauce .. It is incredibly juicy, crunchy, tasty .. It is a delight.
