Super soft brioche bread
Bread is one of those foods that serve to accompany any meal, at any time of the day. Today I bring you a delicious super delicious Brioche bread.
Hello everyone, today we are going to prepare some exquisite soft breads like clouds.
1 cup of warm milk
1 sachet (11g) Dry Yeast
4 cups of wheat flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
8 tbsp unsalted butter
sesame seeds (optional)
Start by activating your yeast, add a sachet of yeast to the warm milk, stir very well until all the lumps are dissolved and let it rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix the dry ingredients flour, salt and sugar.
Once the dry ingredients are well mixed, add the cold butter little by little until it is completely integrated and has the texture of magic sand. Then incorporate the eggs, continue mixing and add the warm milk with the yeast continue mixing for 12 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. The kneading can be done manually or you can use, as in our case, an electric mixer that will save you a lot of effort.
Once the dough is ready, flour a surface and place your dough on it. Stretch the dough from above and fold it on itself. repeat this step with all the same with all sides of the dough. Turn it so that the folds are down, forming a ball with the dough.
Add a little oil to a bowl and cover everything inside to prevent our dough from sticking to it. Place the dough inside the previously greased bowl, cover them with transparent paper and leave it in a warm place in your kitchen for an hour or until it doubles in size.
After this time, unmold your dough on the table and cut pieces of approximately 90 g of dough. Form small balls and do the same procedure as with the big one at the beginning.
If you want to make hamburger buns, pull each of their sides and fold them over the same dough, turn them over, form the ball and that's it.
In this case we are going to make buns for Hot Dogs so stretch the dough forming an oval and then roll it up forming a kind of sausage or tube. Place them on a previously greased and floured tray. cover the loaves with transparent paper and let them rise for 20 to 30 more minutes. At this time preheat your oven with heat from the bottom up to 185ºC.
Beat 2 eggs and paint the loaves, this will make them shiny. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden on top.
When they come out of the oven and still hot, bathe them with butter. Let them rest and that's it! They are delicious!!
