Hello everyone, today we will be cooking a delicious seafood paella, this recipe is super easy to make and will be ready in around 40 minutes.

Ingredients

1 tbsp minced garlic and parsley

2 caramelized onions

1 grated tomato

400g of Bomba rice*

200g squid

400g shrimp

10 prawns

12 mussels

1.5 liters of fish stock

1 tsp smoked paprika

* The rice can be bomba, round, long, or whatever you have on hand.

Esta receta está pensada para hacer una paella para 4 personas. Así que si quieres hacer más o menos cantidad, multiplica o divide las cantidades de los ingredientes y todo saldrá bien!

Preparation

Start by cutting the squid into squares about 2cm long. Then in a frying pan (paella pan best) over medium-high heat, add about 4 tablespoons of oil and sauté the caramelized onion, the minced garlic and parsley, the smoked paprika and mix everything very well and incorporate the grated tomato, sauté for a minute.

Now add the shrimp and squid, cook for 2 more minutes and add the raw rice; Leave it on the fire, stirring constantly to avoid burning. This step will enhance the natural flavor of the rice, resulting in a tastier paella.

Add the broth little by little trying that everything is covered by it. The proportion is more or less two ladle spoons of broth for every 90g of rice. Let cook over medium-low heat until the broth starts to dry and decorate with the prawns and mussels.

It is time to put the paella in the oven preheated to 160ºC for 12 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the oven, take out the paella and cover it with aluminum foil and put it back in the oven for 12 more minutes.

Done, the paella should be perfectly cooked, we paint the prawns with the minced garlic parsley to give them more flavor.

You can accompany this delicious dish with salad and bread!

As we always say:

If your plate doesn't look like our image, don't worry! We spent over 40 minutes trying to find the perfect angle for the photo.

If you don't have one of the ingredients on the list or don't like something, don't hesitate to replace it. For example, you could make this paella with animal protein from the ground, such as chicken, rabbit, pork, etc. or you could make a delicious vegan paella using vegetable broth and replacing the meat with a mixture of chopped vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, onion, peppers, mushrooms, etc.

This recipe is just a guide, and you can adapt it to your tastes. So do not stop making it, you will be surprised how delicious it is!
