As you know, I am a hopeless carnivore and hamburgers are my favorite food, so today I bring you a fabulous hamburger with 3 meats, cheese and onion... the perfect combination
Hello everyone, today we are going to prepare a super simple 3-tier meat burger that will leave you super full!
Ingredients
230 - 280g of ground meat, with a minimum fat percentage of 20%
1 burger bun (the smaller the better)
3 slices of American cheese
smoked bacon or pancetta
1 onion
1 or 2 tbsp of honey
1 shot of beer
Sauce
1 tsp siracha
3 tablespoons of ketchup
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle relish
Preparation
Start by cutting the onions into thin julienne strips and the tomato into slices, as well as the smoked bacon and set aside.
For the sauce mix all the ingredients with a lot of love and store it in the fridge.
Add a good piece of butter to the hot griddle and add all the onion, cook for two minutes and when you begin to see that it changes color and becomes softer, add a splash or shot of beer and then add the honey. Cook for 2 more minutes and reserve.
On the same plate, mark the bacon on both sides. Form balls of meat of approximately 60 grams, put them on the hot griddle, place a piece of butter paper on them and then with the help of your spatula, flatten them until they are half a centimeter thick or less, remove the paper, add salt and pepper to taste and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom. Turn it over and put a delicious slice of yellow cheese and that's it... it's time to assemble.
At the base of the bread add a good layer of sauce, then a slice of tomato, the stack of 3 meats with their respective cheeses, smoked bacon, a good amount of caramelized onion and close with the top bread with its respective sauce and ENJOY .
